Subject: Grruul Hotfixed @ US servers
  
According to Eyonix Gruul has been Hotfixed on his hp and less dmg on shatters is that Live already on EU servers?

Yes. Gruul's health has been lowered, and the damage from his shatter ability has been reduced.

When exactly has this htfix been implemented? We had our first try on Gruul yesterday evening (21 march 22:00 - 23:30) did we encounter the "old" gruul or the fixed gruul?

Then it probably wasn't hotfixed yet. I posted the Gruul hotfix at around 02:00 (Paris time) and by then I am almost sure that the hotfix was applied.
