I searched a little on this area and didn't find anything listed anywhere. I tried the orc camp on the north, and the birds on the west in the bone wastes to no avail.

Skettis is intended to be bomus content for those who obtain their flying mounts. We wanted flying mounts to be more than just a mode of transportation. They also unlock content. Skettis and Tempest Keep are just two examples of this.
Skettis is not currently populated in the Beta. We're still working on finishing out Blade's Edge Mountains and Shadowmoon Valley before moving on to the Flying Mount areas.
