I've been trolling the shammy forums and saw a post by Tseric asking for small bites of info about issues with current talents.
The original thread broke and eventually someone else started another thread with the requested info:

What they are NOT looking for are suggestions.
Since, I'm already seeing a bunch of 1.12 threads I figured it'd be prudent to start this to keep the clutter down. So if there is a specific talent that you have issue with please post it here... cite reasons why it is bad and support it with why people don't select it.:

Imp Shield block... The first talent point is fantastic but pts. 2 & 3 where you get extra time but not an extra block seems of minimal benefit.
It is one of the few talents where most don't bother to max it since in a group scenario 1 pt is plenty of time to consume both blocks. In a solo scenario pts 2 & 3 might make sense... however, warriors would get more utility switching out the shield for an OH or 2h.
p.s. feel free to start a suggestion thread... but please don't post suggestions here.
