	From the patch notes: The Netherwind set's instant cast spell bonus will no longer be consumed if the mage is not facing his or her target. So are they going to fix nightfall too? Wtf is this, fixing an item bug, but completely ignoring a class bug.

	Hopefully, this should be addressed in 1.10. The buff should no longer be consumed if the target is behind you. That's why they call 'em business socks
