I recall a CM saying some changes are planned for 1.9 and 1.10.
I might be blind but I don't see anything mentionning that the priorities got implemented in 1.9.
Are they in or it's planned for 1.10? or pushed back even farther?
Pretty sure they were supposed to be in 1.9.[ post edited by Apollyon ]

I am not sure of the status of debuff priority. All I know is that it was going to take a lot of work to assign appropriate values to every, single debuff in the game. That might take a while.
