Subject: Concerning Seduction Changes
I wanted to shed some light on why changes are being made to Seduction in the upcoming patch. As it stands, it's currently possible to alternate between Fear and Seduction and keep PvP opponents from taking any action at all, well beyond intended durations. In order to keep the PvP play experience fun for all participants, we don't want any single loss of control effect (Fear, Stun etc...) to last more than ~15 seconds, with diminishing returns when used consecutively. In order to accomplish this, we changed Seduction to share the Fear diminishing returns category.

After discussing this with the development team, I've been assured that they plan to keep a very close eye on the affects of this change to make sure that the Warlock players which have been reliant on Fear and Seduction in its current broken state are still able to wage war against other players effectively.
