Subject: Caydiem/Eyonix: A Direct Dialog Day?
Here's an idea. Do you think it would be at all possible to just spend one day, probably for each of the classes, just making one thread that says "Talk to Caydiem/Eyonix here." And you spend a day, or even an hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, simply hitting the refresh button and responding to each post. You'll find that your job will probably be easy; someone will post, you will respond, and in the time it takes you to post that one post, about 15 people will have asked you the same question; "How are soul shards being dealt with?" Since you answered the question, people who ask again will be told what you said before, and some people may spend lots of time asking multiple questions. Could you just respond to us for like a 30 minute period, just non-stop? Answering as many posts as you can? It would be a good experiment, and if nothing else, would show a large (but shrinking) community of Warlocks that you care.

That would require us to have the answers to the majority of the questions you pose on-hand, which simply isn't the case most days. It requires research and discussion with the development team.
