Ok, so I've been reading some threads here and getting a feel for what is going on. As I did not present the info that Eyonix did, I am not as well versed in the nuance of changes.
I am attempting to get grounded and familiarized, so I need your assistance in this.
What I need is bite-sized chunks. While some of the longer threads do provide a nice read, it gets tough after the fifth or so thesis paper on the state of the Shaman.
I am asking the Shaman community to provide specific feedback regarding one, single talent that you may feel could use further adjustment in the talent review. With other feedback you are providing, this can provide specific insight into what can be addressed to facilitate game play or talent selection.
So:
Keep it concise. One talent and the explanation of why it can be improved.
Feedback, not suggestion. While I know people get excited and want to make new abilities with the power of Earth, Wind, Water, Fire and that other one, there are issues that result from suggestions. First, we don't comment on suggestions as policy. Second, most suggestions I see usually don't work with our technology or would require development outside of the resources available currently.
To reinforce the previous point, it is better to say exactly what you don't like about what exists, rather than saying what you do like about something that doesn't exist.
Alright, drop them critical thinking totems and get to it!

Except we are dealing with a talent review, not a rebuilding of a class from scratch. I realize you may have a litany of issues you feel needs addressing, but if you can't illustrate your most significant talent concern, then there is another issue at hand. Other people appear to have no trouble with what I'm asking.
