Anyone been on test and see how this is changed? It works the same as a soul shard creation right now.. i'm not seeing the need for a fix.
right now, it says "After killing an opponent that yields experience.." increased crit on next attack by X.
the "fix" says "Remorseless Attacks - This ability will no longer trigger off killing creatures that do not award experience, or players that do not award honor."
So am i to understand that a warlocks drain soul ability is receiving this change as well? At 60, you don't get experience for killing things, and honor has absurdly diminishing returns.
Please explain this further.

Remorseless attacks were previously triggering off "grey" targets (monsters or players that wouldn't normally award Experience or Honor). This was, obviously, a bug, and was simply fixed.
To clarify: Level 60 rogues will still gain Remorseless attacks off monsters, as long as said monsters still "con" green or above. Please accept our apologies on the slightly confusing wording of this patch note.

An update on this after we checked into it -- yes, it should still trigger after the 5th kill, since the target still gives "estimated honor". As long as the target awards either experience or estimated honor, Remorseless Attacks should work.
