Can you release information about what will be considered "base attack power" for the new scalable finishers?
And if you cant release it now, can you say when you can (or give a rough estimate)?

It's in the process of being finalized but I have nothing I can share at this time. It's around where you might expect it to be, but final values aren't something I am able to give out.
As far as an ETA for that information, 'soonish', but it's unlikely to come in the form of a forum post.
