Subject: Drysc, nice revision but 1 thing is missing.
all the rogues i know are complaining about this. give combat rogues and seal fate rogues a chance to have deadliness as well. move it further up the tree or to assasination or even tier1 or 2 of combat tree. 90% of rogues will never use it way down tehre on the sub tree.

Deadliness is intended to be a damage boost for rogues already speccing into the Subtelty tree, and not as something we want everyone/build to necessarily have access to.

There is thought put into talent placement, they aren't just thrown up there randomly. If you can't reach it because of a build/objective you're already going for, you can be almost certain that it is intended to ensure some amount of balance.

Would it be cool to be able to reach it? Of course. As I said in another thread though there could be changes, but for right now the placements are looking pretty solid.

Q u o t e:
They most of you up by making some more minor neutral changes to the talent tree and making empty promises about scaling. Let me ask you this... when have they lived up to promises or expectations? They'll nerf evis or make the scaling so minor as to not make any difference, just like the talent review.

LISTEN! They have never thought there was a problem with the rogue class and they still don't. They are doing this simply as a reaction to rogues getting worked up and not wanting to take the chance that people will cancel their accounts. Why would they seriously make a meaningful change in evis scalability when they think rogues are overpowered already? Do you seriously believe that they planned to scale it all along but decided to throw it into the silly ole rogue review as an afterthought? Give me a break don't be gullible.

"Here's your hat sir... oh, that's odd. I have to say I have never seen a fedora covered in Reynold's wrap before."
