Overall, I have to say i'm REALLY pleased with the information given such far. Though you're a meanie head for making us hit the refresh button so much earlier. Lol.
I have a few quick questions that I hope you're able to answer.
As for the new Improved Sprint talent, you posted it as it has 50/100% chance to break snares, will it also offer a kind of immunity, or just for as soon as you hit the sprint button you break any snares on you, and then are vulerable again? (15 seconds of immunity seems a bit strong, but hey, it is a 5 minute cooldown and it takes 2 talent points)
Expose Armor: You stated it will stack with Sunder, but what %'s will it increase? I'm figuring 5% per point, but improved Expose armor, will it make it increase by 1% more per talent point spent? (That seems to be the most logical).
I can see alot of what I -think- blizzard is trying to do, alot of PVE/PVP hybriding is still going to be possible, but Rogues will not be able to be quite so strong with them. For example, my rogues setup is.
16/31/4 (I don't have imp evis because with the damage evis does, it's quite honestly a waste of talent points, though even when the patch rolls around I still wont be able to get it if my dilemma stays the same.)
If I was to want to get the new Weapon mastery talent in Combat to increase my sword skill +5 (or +10? -Prays for +10-) I would have to sacrifice other talent points elsewhere. Well, I know I wont sacrifice ANYTHING from the assassination tree because I have to have my crit strike bonus, crit strike added chance, and Ruthlessness/relentless strikes combo, also, can't give up imp SnD.
That really kills my options
Even if I break off from my 4 into Subtley I have a dilemma, i'm assuming the Weapon Mastery will be in Throwing Spec's area(but if it's earlier in the tree I could break my Deflection/Riposte combo, forcing me more toward PVE than PVP, preventing a hybrid in sacrifice to more PVE damage).
Getting talents I NEED from the assassination tree, which is 16 points will leave me with 35 points to use in the Combat Tree, not even enough to get the new talent Weapon Mastery maxed. (Assuming it's 5/5, and not 3/3, or some odd, I don't know what the devs are cooking up).
Your comments on this would help me out, even if it's just "Wait until the devs have their minds made up on more things"
My possible Fix: Make Precision and Dual Wield Spec 1 talent, 5/5 points. 5% to hit and 50% offhand damage. Everyone that gets Precision always gets Offhand spec, so why not make it easier for the rogues, and also give them a few more points to get these awesome new talents you're giving us?
Thanks Drysc for the info btw, I feel so much better, i'm not gonna throw my Rogue away anymore ^^.

Cool, I have to say I am pretty pleased too. I would give the credit to the designers though, they pulled out some interesting changes I just wasn't expecting. Of course if you're upset then feel free to blame me. :)
Q u o t e: As for the new Improved Sprint talent, you posted it as it has 50/100% chance to break snares, will it also offer a kind of immunity, or just for as soon as you hit the sprint button you break any snares on you, and then are vulerable again? The current intent is for the use of Sprint (with talents of course) to remove movement impairing effects on use, but not granting immunity while sprint is active. There will be some amount of strategy and timing involved to draw full benefit from the change.

I don't have any further information available beyond what was listed in the review post for Expose Armor, sorry. With an extended weekend upon us, it probably won't be until later in the week.
Your own personal speculation and thought process for your current build and what these changes could mean is great, but you're just going to have to wait a while longer before you can see the trees in their entirety and what effect it really will have. Sorry. :)

Q u o t e: Drysc, do you have any idea if vanish will remove faerie fire or not?
I think it would be kind of funny if it did considering Faerie Fire restricts stealthing, but no, it isn't intended to remove Faerie Fire.
