This is an old bug (I believe it was introduced in the same patch that added Domo's chest), but a good one!
Using charge or intercept on certain areas of un-level terrain will cause the warrior's location to go out of sync with the server's. On the client side you can walk around fine wherever you want, but the server thinks that you're standing at the place where you last charged.
Symptoms:
1. No npcs show up except those that were within display range of the area where you charged and got out of sync.
2. If you get aggro on a mob it will display the aggro mob meleeing air at your charge location. You can move around but can only hit the mob back if you move over to the charge point.
3. Can't use charge on anything.
To correct the problem you must relog or teleport (hearth/summon/etc.).
Areas to reproduce this bug:
1. Sorrow Hill, WPL
2. NW corner of Silithus with the rock elementals
If you spend 10 minutes at either of those areas charging mobs that are on hill slopes or uneven terrain you'll encounter the bug. It is VERY easily reproducable.

The currently researching list I have posted on the Test Realm Forum is intended only for the issues that are a result of the 0.6.0 patch.
