I have noticed on the Test realm that my attack power is slightly lower then my AP on the Live realms. This only happens in cat form. I have the same exact equipment but seem like my strengt is lower(in test realm) when I shift to cat form.

Enchants (only ones that modify AP, left out +sta/+armor enchant):
Head +8 strength
Chest +4 stats
Gloves +15 agi
Legs +8 strenght
