The old /cast Stealth macro would create a button that would allow you to press it as many times as you wanted, and it would never unstealth you.
On current PTR, /cast Stealth acts just like the normal Stealth bar that Blizzard gives you, and pressing it twice will Stealth and Unstealth you, which totally ruins the purpose of making this macro.

Hi Ayani,
Casting stealth via a macro was changed to make it consistant with other cast macros. It now works exactly like pressing the spell button (just like other macros do). I know this is an annoying change for many rogues. I would suggest checking in the UI/Macro forum for a macro solution that will not break stealth.
