Subject: PTR and regular servers...
So, nasty 10 second server-wide lag spikes during Nef raids aren't the most fun way to wipe and the rumor is that servers like mine (Skywall) are on the same server block as the PTR so whenever the PTR is opened we get shafted in the way of server performance.

Blue, is this true and if so what do you intend to do about it because it is a customer satisfaction issue and while I know you don't care about the one....maybe the many will voice their opinions with me and we can get something done about it.

Mind you, I am not trying to bash you (saying you don't care about the one isn't a flame, just an observation that I believe you are trying to look at the whole community and what is best for them) but I do want answers and I believe many others do as well. Thank you.

In case mods don't think this belongs here I am also posting this in the technical support forums and linking it on my realm homepage to get some coverage. Thank you.

As far as I am aware the PTRs are running on their own dedicated hardware and not shared with any live realms.
