Ok so i already had the first 0.12 and then i log on to get the patch. It says failure to apply patch, please try again later. Is this because of so many people downloading right now?

You shouldn't have to delete wowtest. It should update automagically upon logging in. Do you have multiple clients opened? Also make sure your folders are not "read only".
