Subject: [Question] Winter's Chill final vers. on PTR? |

Hard to know if we're testing this talent as it's supposed to function without knowing if we are using the intended version. Before the PTR went live, it was indicated that it would change from 2%/5-stack to 1%/10-stack. However, the version on the PTR remains 2%/5-stack.
Can you verify whether this is:
a) Temporary, the 1%/10-stack version simply hasn't been implemented
b) Permanent, it was changed back to 2%/5-stack and the version on the PTR is working as intended
c) Undecided, it's still being tested internally to see which version will be implemented
It would be much appreciated by many frost mages who aren't sure how this talent is supposed to be behaving at this point. Thanks!

Nothing on the PTR is final, everything is subject to change.
