	When you get a clear casting proc you can use elemental mastery to give your next free attack a crit, yet it doesn't use the elemental mastery, and you can guarantee your next spell is free and crits as well. Using this can allow you to guarantee TWO crits in a row. Please Fix clearcasting so it is not used when you use Elemental Mastery. I am the Cow King. http://ctprofiles.net/85427
