The 8/8 EF bonus allows Healing Way to chain to 2 seperate targets after the inital heal, at an 80% decrease in amount healed per bounce. The two bounces do not proc the Healing Way effect.
I was unfortunately unable to test if the healing bounce decreased at 80% from the +healingWay amount or the 'base' amount, or if the healing bounces are affected by Healing Way on thier targets.
It is difficult to test the last two because EF's 8 piece will not hit people who are not injured, and I have yet to have another shaman specced in healing way raid with me (!!) or at least, respond to inquiries about same.
This was posted specificly upon blue request, please do not think I am whining, this could well be a design decision.
