If I press another mouse button (mouse1, mouse3, click wheel, etc) while holding down mouse2 for mouselook, mouselook cancels. As a result, I've lost my primary means of character movement control. :(

We've been taking at various mouse movement issues and can see the difference in functionality from 10.2 while the map is open. However, we're still trying to reproduce the general problem reported here.
What we've done so far is the following:
Test 1
1) Mouse look with right click and keep pressed.
2) Press and then hold left click to begin running.
3) ---> Player should lose mouselook.
Test 2
1) Mouse look with right click and keep pressed.
2) Press and then hold middle mouse button to begin running.
3) ---> Player should lose mouselook.
Test 2 produces a result of losing mouselook, but this is because the middle mouse defaults to "Run and Look" and when you declick it, it also resets mouselook while holding right click. This has the same functionality in 0.11.0 as it does in 1.10.2.
Please feel free to respond with any additional steps you're using to reproduce this problem.

Q u o t e: What drives me crazy is sometime in the last 2 patches, when I click on the mouse WHEEL, I move forward. Haven't found a way to fix it, yet.
You have your "Move and Steer" keybinding set to middle mouse. While in WoW press "escape" to bring up the main menu, go to "Key Bindings", and right at the top there's the field "Move and Steer". Next to that it should say "Middle Mouse" if you click that button you can reassign the key.
Q u o t e: It seems to happen more in certain places than in others. In Naxxramas in particular, it happens. It didn't happen when I first loaded my transfered character in Stormwind, but as soon as I got out to Dun Morogh (or in Naxx:)
1. hold mouse2 (in mouselook)
2. hold mouse1
3. scoot forward a step, lose mouselook, stop completely.
Pressing mouse1 and mouse2 simultaneously also results in step 3. I was able to maintain some amount of functionality in the area around the Naxx portal near Strath, but as soon as I stepped inside.... All my other key mappings transfered properly, so I was otherwise able to control my character as normal. I tend to move around with the strafe keys, in permanent mouselook with mouse2, and with mouse1+mouse2 and the forward key both utilized for forward walking. I use the mousewheel click for jump. Prior to the test patch, no combination of mouse3, mouse2, mouse 1, or any keys resulted in a loss of mouselook or a halt in motion.
Thank you for responding to this thread. :)
Your control scheme is set up in an almost identicle fashion to myself. I'll take another look at this today with the environment information provided. For any of those who are having this problem, please keep posting additional information as you find it.

Q u o t e: Slouken has said the main issue has been fixed for 1.11, I hope this is the case when it goes live.
We tested this earlier in the week and were able to reproduce it. It may very well be the same problem as the reports in this thread. For now I'm erring on the safe side and will be testing this again today given the information provided while keeping in mind the nameplate problem. If it is indeed a separate issue it will reproduce in one of those locations with no NPC's or PC's around.[ post edited by Averinn ]
