It's obviously not anything horrible, just a bug that happened to me when I got disconnected and relogged. I'm very happy, now, that poisons stay on weapons through zone in/out and relogin.
I was just doing Scarlet Monastery to get a key and see my Keyring. Just before I was going to fight Houndmaster Loksey, I got disconnected and reconnected with my poison buffs flashing at 0 seconds, but they didn't go away. (I'm also happy that you can reconnect and still be stealthed.)
The buffs stayed like this from the point of the disconnect, through Doan, and until I zoned out, at which point it displayed it back at 18 minutes. These screenshots are no more than a few minutes apart.

I haven't particularly had the time to recreate it, but it still appears to be nothing big.
