Duplicate issues aren't necessarily a bad thing. We may receive an issue and be unable to reproduce it based on the information the poster provided. The primary reason we don't have a known issues thread yet is because we'd rather take that time to research issues and get them fixed. When patches are applied to retail and it's going to be around for awhile, then it's more efficient to have a known issues sticky thread.
