I know people are trying to make pre-made characters and are successfully doing so. And I also know that others are still having trouble creating pre-made characters. But to relieve frustration of having to look through all the post and new topics to see if they're up and running, please use this thread instead. It will also give Blizzard a chance to focus on one threat other than 20 or so. Thank you.
Edit: Also for those who do not know, the sticky "Character Transfers Disabled" is directed towards people who want to transfer their own character from the Live Realms to PTR. It is not a sticky for Pre-made characters.[ post edited by Raseal ]

We are working to get the pre-made character copy service functioning as quickly as possible. However, the existing character copy service will be disabled indefinitely.
We will provide an update when we have made progress or have a working ETA.

UPDATE 9:20 AM PDT We are continuing work on restoring the pre-made character copy service, but unfortunately still do not have a clear ETA for resolution.
In order to reinstate existing character copies, we have to move the process to other hardware. We are coordinating people and resources today to carry this out. I will provide more on this issue as information becomes available.
