Subject: i have the same prob as many of you
   for me its exactly like warps's problem it says:

   I'd like to help identify the problem. Can you do the following and let me know what happens:

1. Run the regular WoW.exe client and see if you get an error.
2. Try and run the repair utility in the regular WoW directory. What happens?
3. Open your WoW directory and right click the 'data' folder and go to the 'properties'. Please then give me the size of the directory and the number of files.

   That error usually happens if the WoW app has been separated from its home folder - i.e. the Data folder is no longer adjacent to it.
