Subject: [Bug] Fiery Weapon Interfering with Procs.
   Earlier this week, I posted a bug report and screenshot demonstrating how Fiery Weapon procs were stopping my Seal of Righteousness from proccing in patch 1.10. The relevant screenshot demonstrating this behavior can be found here:

Specifically, the last line of the combat log pictured above records a Fiery proc--but does *not* list a Seal of Righteousness proc of any kind. When Fiery Weapon procs, the Seal of Righteousness proc that should be occuring, isn't.

In addition, I've found a further bug with Fiery Weapon, as demonstrated in the following combat log:

In this log, you can see that the "Vengeance" talent fades from me in the second line. The ninth line records a crit against the Twilight Guard....but my Vengeance talent does not engage. I've tested with both 1H and 2H weapons; only my Cold Forged Hammer enchanted with Fiery Weapon reacts in this manner.
