	I transferred my character to the test server to try out the new Improved Scorch to decide whether or not to spend my 10g on a re-spec once the patch comes out, but it seems that you can't actually put points into the talent. Is this intentional because of: "The mage talent change to Improved Scorch is allowing mages to obtain talent builds that are not possible. In most cases, it is allowing them to have Combustion and Presence of Mind. " ?
