	ok, first off, this is not about the speed normalization, saying that, when I made a hunter, I specced for aimed shot, when I try to use it, it will highlight for a little, but doesn't show any casting bar, I just kinda stand there for a little while, the button is highlighted though, is this a bug? normal? anybody know? Sole reason for the war effort: raise my first aid

	Aimed Shot has never had a casting bar.
