The previous Currently Researching post is experiencing technical difficulties and cannot be edited. Those issues have been moved to this new post.
Due to the massive number of posts for this phase of the PTR, I would like to try something slightly different. This new format I hope will expedite the entire reporting/researching process and gather issues that were possibly lost in the shuffle.
The master list in this thread will be dedicated specifically to issues new to the 0.9.0 patch that have not been addressed in the Known Issues sticky. This list will contain only un-confirmed bugs that we are in the process of researching. Issues we are able to verify will be moved from this list to the Known Issues sticky. Feel free to reply with additional issues that you do not see on the Known Issues sticky or on this list that are new to the 0.9.0 patch. Bugs that are confirmed will be moved to the Known Issues post.

Paladin
Judgement refresh sounds still play when switching to a target that has not been Judged.
Paladin spells are not receiving the proper spell damage bonus.
Repentance acting is as a stun for the purposes of Judgement of Command.
Holy Shield does not affect blocks unless the paladin is in combat mode.
The Seal of Command Proc rate is lower than intended.
Seal of Righteousness Rank 5 doesn't return damage to the target when judged.
Eye For an Eye is not triggering on Holy Shock Crits or on Crits from the 8/8 Judgement Armor Bonus damage.
Benediction is reducing the cost of Consecration.
Mage
Frostbolt does not trigger the paladin Eye for an Eye talent.

I've contacted a designer regarding this to find its correct functionality.

Lightning Shield does not proc in Ghost Wolf form.
Polymorph expends a Lightning Shield charge but does not deal damage to the caster.
Items
Spell Penetration items are causing their targets to fall into negative resists.
Cape of Eternal Justice has stamina listed twice as a stat.
The Warsong Gulch rewards Rune of Duty and Rune of Perfection do not have level 60 versions (only level 20 and level 40). Also, the level 20 and 40 versions have the same price.
The reagent symbol of kings costs 4s rather than 2.
The Aurastone Hammer severely clips through the faces of Tauren.
Pendant of the Qiraji Guardian has strength listed twice.
The holy damage from the Judgement 8 piece set bonus does not get increased by +spell damage, judgement of crusader, etc.
The 40 man AQ breastplate for hunters has the stamina stat twice.
Runed Stygian Belt is unable to be disenchanted.
The Transcendence 5 piece bonus is not triggering off of elemental based attacks.
Quests
Alliance are not able to get Ice Thisle E'ko except from horde players.
Rogues are unable to obtain all 5 of the rogue armor quests.
Environment
The are no Fishing Schools (nodes) in high level zones.
The Orgrimmar auction house mailbox does not work.
Items purchased in the Thunder Bluff auction house are reported as coming from the Orgrimmar auction house.
UI
The camera AI is defaulting to a setting different from the current default setting.
In the Guild UI, if you click on a name in the guild list when it is scrolled down, it selects the wrong name.
The Spell Detail Settings do not seem to have any effect.
Tooltip text on guild page is wrong for Guild information button (shows add player), and for the Close button (shows remove player) when Guild information is shown.
Unable to resize and select the chat tab of the combat window after enabling and disabling simple chat.
The default right side bars that don't contain buttons won't disappear when "Always show action bars" is disabled.
SaveBindings() causes a crash to desktop.
The color of the spell casting bar bleeds outside of its frame.
When asking a guard in Stormwind for directions to the bank, it points to the new auction house.
Miscellaneous
Greater Blessing of Light is not listed in the patch notes.
The Prophet Skeram's True Fulfillment (Mind Control) seems to be capable of adversely affecting the maximum life of players affected.

Not a Bug:
It is possible to mount under the effects of Orb of Deception.
Screech's AE effect breaks CC effects.
Screech's AE effect is not breaking CC effects in our tests.
Pet speeds are normalized.
There still is an issue under research concerning a pet's ability to pursue its target. Default pet speeds for all types of creatures are all intended to be the same.
Several spells have new hit animations.
These effects are new to this patch and can be toned down through the video options.
Using the WoWtest client causes major graphical distortion.
Try copying your WTF folder from your root WoW directory to your WoWtest directory. This will transfer your video options and should correct the issue.
The ranks of Searing Pain are mismatched.
The screenshot provided showed the correct rank of the spell. The highlighted portion lists the pre-requisite of the spell which is Searing Pain rank 5.
Searing Pain had its damage increase by only 1.
This is a typo in the patch notes. The Searing Pain damage increase was due to a bug fix that corrected and issue with tooltip values rounding down.
Soul Bags are not unique but warlocks can only have one in use.
Enslave demon is affected by diminishing returns, leading to an estimated maximum enslave time of 15 minutes before a demon must be killed.
This is indicated in the tooltip.
Righteous Fury is not increasing threat generation appropriately.
Our tests show that Righteous Fury is generating the correct amount of additional threat.
Need More Information:
UI Scale seems to be shrinking bars more than intended.
Conflicts with 3rd party UI mods are not considered bugs. Be sure to remove any 3rd party UI mods before reporting UI bugs.

It is possible to mount under the effects of Orb of Deception.
Screech's AE effect breaks CC effects.
Screech's AE effect is not breaking CC effects in our tests.
Pet speeds are normalized.
There still is an issue under research concerning a pet's ability to pursue its target. Default pet speeds for all types of creatures are all intended to be the same.
Several spells have new hit animations.
Using the WoWtest client causes major graphical distortion.
Try copying your WTF folder from your root WoW directory to your WoWtest directory. This will transfer your video options and should correct the issue.
The ranks of Searing Pain are mismatched.
The screenshot provided showed the correct rank of the spell. The highlighted portion lists the pre-requisite of the spell which is Searing Pain rank 5.
Searing Pain had its damage increase by only 1.
This is a typo in the patch notes. The Searing Pain damage increase was due to a bug fix that corrected and issue with tooltip values rounding down.
Soul Bags are not unique but warlocks can only have one in use.
Enslave demon is affected by diminishing returns, leading to an estimated maximum enslave time of 15 minutes before a demon must be killed.
This is indicated in the tooltip.
Righteous Fury is not increasing threat generation appropriately.
Our tests show that Righteous Fury is generating the correct amount of additional threat.

I was misinformed on the status of this issue. Extra attacks granted through normal swings are not resetting the auto-attack timer. Extra attacks that proc from special abilities are resetting the timer. This issue is now under review.[ post edited by Hortus ]

Due to the massive number of posts for this phase of the PTR, I would like to try something slightly different. This new format I hope will expedite the entire reporting/researching process and gather issues that were possibly lost in the shuffle.

Not a Bug:
It is possible to mount under the effects of Orb of Deception.
Screech's AE effect breaks CC effects.
Screech's AE effect is not breaking CC effects in our tests.
Pet speeds are normalized.
There still is an issue under research concerning a pet's ability to pursue its target. Default pet speeds for all types of creatures are all intended to be the same.
Several spells have new hit animations.
Using the WoWtest client causes major graphical distortion.
Try copying your WTF folder from your root WoW directory to your WoWtest directory. This will transfer your video options and should correct the issue.
The ranks of Searing Pain are mismatched.
The screenshot provided showed the correct rank of the spell. The highlighted portion lists the pre-requisite of the spell which is Searing Pain rank 5.
Searing Pain had its damage increase by only 1.
This is a typo in the patch notes. The Searing Pain damage increase was due to a bug fix that corrected and issue with tooltip values rounding down.
Soul Bags are not unique but warlocks can only have one in use.
Enslave demon is affected by diminishing returns, leading to an estimated maximum enslave time of 15 minutes before a demon must be killed.
This is indicated in the tooltip.
Righteous Fury is not increasing threat generation appropriately.
Our tests show that Righteous Fury is generating the correct amount of additional threat.
Repentance acting is as a stun for the purposes of Judgment of Command.
Judgment of Command's tooltip now reflects that it works with stunned and incapacitated players.
Some spells cannot have their detail adjusted with the Spell Detail Level slider.
Only certain types of spell graphics are intended to be adjusted with this feature.
The holy damage from the Judgement 8 piece set bonus does not get increased by +spell damage, judgement of crusader, etc.

Pets are moving slower than the normalized move speed intends.
Pets have been slightly tweaked in the new PTR build. This issue appears corrected in our internal tests but we are leaving the issue open for public results.
Aura's of banished creatures are still affecting players.

Not a Bug:
It is possible to mount under the effects of Orb of Deception.
Screech's AE effect breaks CC effects.
Screech's AE effect is not breaking CC effects in our tests.
Pet speeds are normalized.
There still is an issue under research concerning a pet's ability to pursue its target. Default pet speeds for all types of creatures are all intended to be the same.
Several spells have new hit animations.
Using the WoWtest client causes major graphical distortion.
Try copying your WTF folder from your root WoW directory to your WoWtest directory. This will transfer your video options and should correct the issue.
The ranks of Searing Pain are mismatched.
The screenshot provided showed the correct rank of the spell. The highlighted portion lists the pre-requisite of the spell which is Searing Pain rank 5.
Searing Pain had its damage increase by only 1.
This is a typo in the patch notes. The Searing Pain damage increase was due to a bug fix that corrected and issue with tooltip values rounding down.
Soul Bags are not unique but warlocks can only have one in use.
Enslave demon is affected by diminishing returns, leading to an estimated maximum enslave time of 15 minutes before a demon must be killed.
This is indicated in the tooltip.
Righteous Fury is not increasing threat generation appropriately.
Our tests show that Righteous Fury is generating the correct amount of additional threat.
Repentance acting is as a stun for the purposes of Judgment of Command.
Judgment of Command's tooltip now reflects that it works with stunned and incapacitated players.
Some spells cannot have their detail adjusted with the Spell Detail Level slider.
Only certain types of spell graphics are intended to be adjusted with this feature.
The holy damage from the Judgement 8 piece set bonus does not get increased by +spell damage, judgement of crusader, etc.

Improved Righteous Fury percentage is calculated differently than other percentage modifiers.
The total amount of threat generated by Improved Righteous Fury is 90%. The following nomenclature will be used in the future. If an aura improves an effect by adding to it, it will say something like, "Improves your X by an additional Y percent." If it improves an effect by multiplying by a percent, it will say something like, "Improves your X by Y percent."
Players are not exiting combat until AoE spells complete.
Our internal tests have shown that AoE spells do not interfere with combat flags.
Holy Shield and Blessing of Sanctuary do not receive bonuses from +damage gear or from Judgement of the Crusader.
Damage dealt from passive type abilities should not receive damage bonuses from +damage effects.
Players cannot mount in the area near the sewer entrance to Undercity.
Killing certain faction NPCs is causing excessive amounts of reputation loss.
The are no Fishing Schools (nodes) in high level zones.
There are nodes in high level zones and some zones do not have nodes.
Stormstrike range was reduced to 5 yards from 6.
Stormstrike's range is 9 yards.
Blessing of Sanctuary can kill players in duels.
This is not occurring in our internal tests.
Improved Retribution Aura has no effect on Retribution Aura.
Improved Retribution Aura increases the damage dealt with Retribution Aura.
