After watching my Mana pool while putting points into Divine Intellect I can now tell that the talent is bugged.
The 5/5 end product is correct, but 4/5 gives you more mana than 5/5. Only, you don't have the Intellect to show for it.
So 4/5 Intellect is calculating your mana incorrectly somehow to give you more mana per bonus intellect.
I have screen shots to back it up, but its not like its hard to respec and see it happen.
Basically for my Paladin:
0/5 Divine Intellect = 288 Intellect = 5652 mana
1/5 Divine Intellect = 293 Intellect = 5727 mana
2/5 Divine Intellect = 300 Intellect = 5832 mana
3/5 Divine Intellect = 305 Intellect = 5907 mana
4/5 Divine Intellect = 288 Intellect = 6104 mana
5/5 Divine Intellect = 317 Intellect = 6087 mana
So as you can see at the 4/5 stage, there is definately something wrong.
Hopefully this can be fixed before 1.9 goes live.
