	i was wondering where the NPC that gives these can be found do the gates need to be open? i know his name is something Kaldon but i cant seem to find him edit: the quest involves signing some papers for the 3 different types of quests you can do [ post edited by Nyghtlord ]

	The above poster is correct. The gates must be open for the Field Duty quest series to be active.
