Or has Improved Inner Fire gotten nerfed since yesterday? Right now it's 10% per point for a total improvement of 30%. I could have sworn it was +15% per point for a 45% total boost yesterday.
Some people were wondering if the number of hits could be improved with the talent to 29 (aka 45% increase). So either I'm going crazy or they've already given us our first stealth nerf before the test realms even go live.

It's not a stealth "nerf", and the change doesn't affect the current live game whatsoever. We're going to be continually making changes and updating the calculator from now until the patch goes live. Pay close attention. If I feel anything major changes, I'll let you know. However, adjustments to math are part of the process of change.
You'll have a chance to test everything out yourselves once the test realms are up.
