I tried to get this going on the WoW general forums. Here is the post:
I noticed last night while playing that the amount of healing that came back to my Priest was SIGNIFICANTLY less than it should have been. It was closer to 14% rather than the 20% it should be. This is the only form of healing that we have in shadowform, so it is important that it be working correctly.
I have screenshots that you can see clearly show that the amount healed is not the 20%, but I don't know where or how to post them. I was getting about 85 damage ticks in SW:P, but only 12 HP back on each tick.
It has really been an issue since the latest patch. Seems that something in there is no longer calculating the correct percentage.
This has been discussed several times on the Priest forums, with no response. Please don't tell me to go to the Bug forum because not many people read that, and I want to bring it to their attention. I am guessing that many priests are not noticing this yet - there has not been a much flaming about this as I thought there would be.

All issues with the Priest class are brought up to the devs. Because I personally choose to play a Shadow Priest does not mean that I cannot relay all information to the development team.
