	Hello I'm starting a little priest alt and was curious about an aspect of the talent blackout. Does this stun chance work on ticks of DoTs from say shadow word: pain and mind flay or just the initial cast from like mind blast?

	I am pretty sure I have seen it work with the second or third tick, but I will check with the devs just to be sure. BTW I love that talent! The Murloc is content...
