Several times in EPL now I've had Fiery Weapon and SoC proc at the exact same time. My weapon is a Demonshear. I'll try with my Doomsaw.

I am seeing a number of issues involving procs and SoC and Righteousness behaving incorrectly with each other. These issues are being investigated for future correction. To name a couple:
SoC may result in a "spell not ready" when casting over zone borders
Seal of Righteousness will not proc when a weapon with a special ability procs. (May relate to SoC as well)
There are a few overlapping issues with the Seals, so please report any additional information you may have in the bug report forum. Investigation is occurring with respect to the items I mentioned and others.
