Subject: A simple question for the CMs
What is the game being balanced around?

All the PvPers whine when PvE gets a skill and vice versa. I know the rhetorical CM response about catering to many diffrent play styles but we all know that when push comes to shove in difficult dicission making processes one group wins out. My simple question is what balance was more important to the Devs PvP or PvE. yes SoC does less damage and the judgment makes up for that, but in endgame raiding mobs are immune to stun and ret pallys get a solid nerf. All I ask is what were we balanced around mainly.

*chuckle* Ohhh, my friend, the bickering would only heighten.

It's not balanced around 1v1 PvP. It is balanced around both PvE and group PvP, however. Neither is "more important" -- both are considered.

Now that I've said that, the bickering will certainly not end; I predict posts decrying changes clearly in favor of one or the other within ten minutes. ;)

Q u o t e:
Yes, continue to mock us... go finish your report so we can "decry" more.

I'm not mocking you, and the report's done on my end.

It's a simple wry statement that the debate will never end... a remark from blue, no matter how definitive, never settles any argument fully. ;)
