The following Orb is something new in 1.8 for Paladins.
Sanctified Orb
Bind when picked up
Trinket
Use: Increases your critical strike
chance with spells and melee attacks
by 3%. Lasts 25 sec.
Note: Re-use timer 1 minute.
Darkmoon Card: Maelstrom
Binds when picked up
Unique
Trinket
Requires Level 60
Equip: Chance to strike your melee target with lightning for 200 to 300 Nature damage.
I have the quest to turn in and get the Maelstrom trinket however I'm now debating whether I should sell it and use the Orb? I heard that Maelstrom procs as often as Crusader and on a 3.8 weapon, Crusader procs often enough. What do you guys think?

If you use the Sanctified Orb while grouped with a Balance or Feral specced Druid, you would have a great chance of getting a critical strike!
