Hey Fangtooth, just wondering how the good ol' pally of yours was going? Advanced far at all, and if so, been enjoying it? Just curious to see if you can relate to the class yet, haha.

I want to mess around with Holy Shock too, but for right now I have decided on this build. I am going to be grouping with another Paladin, a Warrior, a Rogue, and a Mage, so this build should be OK.

Theon, your party is incorrect. As for the trees, the development team is looking at all of them, but I have not specifics at this time.

For those of you telling me to solo, I have been. The group I described is only when we all happen to be on at the same time. I am well aware of the runners situation, and so is the development team. Hammer of Wrath was added to give Paladins a ranged attack without speccing down the Holy tree, or taking up Engineering. I am not sure what else is planned, but as we find out more information, we will be sure to pass it on to you.
One of you asked if I play on the same realms as you, yes. My Paladin is on one of the RP/PvP realms.
I have decided against listing my level.
Over all, I am enjoying the class.

Last night I got my [Verigan's Fist]! One of the Warriors in my group was less than happy that I was out damaging him!
So my progress is as follows:
I am still enjoying the class. It is a nice change from my Priest. I still become the healer in groups, out of habit as much as necessity.
I have been involved in some PvP (finally) and I love the rush of it. I was in a huge battle for control of the Three Corners, and was in the thick of the action. I stayed back and healed for a bit, but I was on the front lines for most of it. This was before I got [Verigan's Fist] though, so I was not doing a lot of damage. My stuns came in handy though.
The other thing I am working on, is buffing the group and myself every five minutes. I need to get out of the Priest mindset of buffing and then not worrying about it for 30 minutes. I do enjoy the variety of buffs I can place on others though.

On top of the Hammer of Justice, I was also using Seal of Justice. The stun effect was proccing fairly often, which helped in PvE and PvP situations.

Lartfor, my most enjoyable experience so far was the quest to get my Verigan's Fist. I was grouped up with another Paladin, and two Warriors. We all stuck together, and we were all role playing, so it was a lot of fun. We came across many unfortunate Horde on our journey, but they were dealt with swiftly and severely. The excitement of being in enemy territory, as well as the entire quest itself, was a great experience.
Personally, I enjoy the Seal/Judgment system. I agree that a couple changes would be welcome, but right now it is working for me. I also know that I am still lower level, and the Paladins tend to slow down a bit around level 40.
For talents, the few I have put points into have been helpful so far. The 70% chance to resist spell interruption is extremely nice, as I end up being the main healer in the group. The extra ATK Power from Imp. Blessing of Might is also nice for soloing, and for buffing the Warriors.
I role-play my Paladin as the morale officer. I try to keep everyone happy, let people in the guild know who does what, help others when I can. However, if you cross me or my friends you will soon face the fury of a heated Dwarf with a big Hammer!
I am glad to be apart of this community, but I must stress again that I am not the class representative. All of us on the Community Team relay feedback from you to the developers, and vice versa.[ post edited by Fangtooth ]
