well since there have been zero CM responces on the outcry that the new hammer of wrath spell has zero effetiveness at keeping ppl from running away from us, i have the question burning in my mind? are there ANY plans for a snare that you guys know of? are there any plans to change hammer of wrath to a snare? or maybe judgement of justice will actually be useful?

I have not heard of any plans at this time, no.
Give Hammer of Wrath a try in the next patch, that way we can get accurate feedback about what you think of the spell.

Paladins are meant to last, so more often than not they are going to be the last target. With Hammer of Wrath coming out, that might change since you wont have to be toe-to-toe with someone to inflict damage, and possibly finish them off.
