Even now, I don't see Paladin issues being worked out. The only way that BLUE will "truly" listen to our positive criticism is to cancel your account. Then, state the reason why you are canceling your account. (You can easily reactivate your account the day before your subscription is over, or even the next day.) This is a more effective way of protest that CANNOT get you banned. Money talks louder than you. Join the ranks of peaceful and productive protest. (With protection you trust :P)
Also, you keep your account until the end of when you paid for it. Maybe no one told you that?[ post edited by Nitsuj ]

So you are suggesting that everyone cancel their accounts, but then take back the canceling of the account?

There is nothing in the immediate future but the devs will be looking at Paladins more in depth. Before they do I will be given warning so I can post here and get the top issues.
I have still been sending them concerns of yours, but other projects have higher priority right now.

Can I get some clarification on this?
They have been made aware of the issues in the By Uther's Hammer threads, but any new issues that I see pop up I let them know. Each patch brings more opportunity for fixes and changes for all classes, and the Paladin is no different.
As soon as the devs give me the word I will be sending them more information, some of it the same as I already have, but I will also be letting you know.
