+10% crit on frost spells with Winter's Chill
+15% damage with Improved Scorch
-30% threat on frost spells
-30% threat on fire spells
+6% to hit with fire and frost spells (awesome against level 63 mobs which have 17% chance to miss)
Mana gained on resists (if you have 6k mana, this means 300 mana per resist).
What does this mean? It means if you weren't winning your damage meters before the patch, you're certainly going to start winning them now.
