Is it just me or do u think that these should stack? As a mage i know how hard it is in close combat with absoultly no mana, and lets not forget about running away. We need something to help us avoid enemies and stand a chance in close combat. If these stacked we would have at least a fighting chance.

Actually these spells used to stack before Beta ended, but unfortunately, that was a bug. Ice Armor is the upgrade of Frost Armor and they aren't meant to work in conjunction with each other.

Ice Armor has an added resistance effect, hence the change in name. I could ask the designers to remove the resistance effect if it's causing confusion. :p

Q u o t e: What's pointless is renaming the spell and starting over at rank 1 and calling it an upgrade. All they had to do what make it a higher rank just like Fireball 1-11.
Is the change in name really that large of an issue?
