Subject: Slouken: Art Replacement = Bad?
I'm not certain where to ask this. I decided this was the best spot.

But I'm curious as to the "legality" of art replacement and rearranging. Art being sounds, music, models, textures (that's all I play with anyways).

I saw a quoted e-mail from a Blizzard Customer Service Representative stating that the art in World of WarCraft was subjective and could be changed and swapped around at our liesure with no penalty.

I need to know if this is true as I've been delving into a few things myself involving this topic and want to know wether or not it's bannable or warnable or what-not. I don't want to have to claim innocence and then whine on the forums with a friends account about how I was banned with no warning etc. I read the liscence agreement, but I'm still fuzzy on what's legal and what's not.

I don't use any third party applications to affect my gameplay..

Just to change my art around a little :D

Is this ok by Blizzard TOS/EULA?

Changing the interface art is fine. Everything else is off limits.
