Subject: Please please please make Addon folder in 1.8
   This is a plea to Blizzard to make the Interface\Addons folder created by WoW by default. I know addons aren't "supported", but that's more of a "if anything goes wrong, don't ask us." This would cut down on the repetative questions that arise because the addon folder doesn't already exist.

   Well, it hasn't been announced, but you're in luck. :) The AddOns folder is created for you in 1.8

   Although if you do, you negate the benefit of the load-on-demand Blizzard addons. The better thing to do is set up your addon to hook into the dynamic loading of the Blizzard addon and do the right thing once it's loaded.

If your addon is part of a larger framework, that framework can arrange to dynamically load yours after the Blizzard addon.
