Subject: Slouken: bug in UnitIsFriend()?
   While dueling a friend, UnitIsEnemy("player","target") returns true, as expected. However, UnitIsFriend() returns a different value for different situations:

If the duel is with a party/raid member, UnitIsFriend() returns true, even when UnitIsEnemy() also does. If not in party/raid, it returns false as expected.

Is this intended or a bug?

   Not a bug.
You should be using UnitCanAttack() and UnitCanAssist(), which is what the game is using internally for targeting purposes.
