Incase you missed it, from the Bug Fix list in the test realms, now updated:

In other words if you have a 2.5 atk speed bow, you will now have +2.5 of additional seconds added onto your cooldowns of the above skills. Atleast thats how it reads to me.
Yay no fix for another month or so. AFAIK 1.6 = After the next major content patch. As 1.4 was before it, and 1.5 will be next.

Yes I did start a shaman.
I really do hope they are able to push it through so it will get fixed before 1.6, otherwise.... :(

It's a bug, not a nerf, and will be fixed. I'm going to do everything I can to push this through before 1.6, but I can make no promises.

I've just sent off the request to the developers that they push a fix for this through before 1.6. I completely understand your outrage here, folks, and I'm doing what I can on my end.

Ratfink, it could possibly be hotfixed. That would take place after 1.5 and before 1.6.
Also, there's the distinct possibility (if it's judged a sound idea) that a 1.5.1 patch would be released if it was unable to be hotfixed.
