All jokes and sarcasm aside a simple question: what is your job?
Your signature is a bit vague and can imply many different things
By your own admission "customer service" is not in your job description
You are clearly not on the development team, conceptual or otherwise.
So where do you stand Cay?
P.S. I tried to check if this post complies with forum guidelines and got this :

As Assistant Community Manager, I am one of the main members of the Community Team in charge of the forums. I moderate, gather feedback, and post information when I get it. I also post community-building things from time to time. I keep tabs on the realms at times and write up the messages in the Alert window when you log in. I write news posts for the Worldofwarcraft.com website.
In addition to these public things, I also juggle several community-based projects behind the scenes.
