Hello,
everyone *hugs* A few months ago, me wanted a way to predict my stats and dps without equipping BoE raid items. So me started a spreadsheet to simulate my stats and predict my dps with different talent sets and/or different equipment sets. Here is the result of months of editing, adding and changing that original idea.
What does it look like?
Here are some pictures of this spreadsheet so you can see it.
Here is the main Stats tab. It shows your stats, listed dps, listed dps under different haste conditions, and several columns that you can custom name. You can see the new weapon display cells for Melee Attack and Ranged Attack.

Here is the Damage tab. It tries to predict your damage based on the equipment, talents and enchantments for each profile you have created. The old sample size section has been completely removed. The Hodap rotation section has been expanded. Also added was a new crit worth section.

Here is a picture of the Equipment tab. All of your equipment selections are done on this tab. You type the ID # of the item you want from the list, into the appropriate yellow cell. You can see that URLs were added for each item. Items are also colored according to their rarity. Along bottom are two empty yellow cell rows. These rows allow the user to enter items not found in the list and use that item in this spreadsheet.

Here is a picture of the Enchants tab. You type the ID # of the enchantment you want for each slot into the appropriate yellow cell for the equipment set. In this screenshot you can see that each enchant has a URL listing as well. In the buffs section, not every talent will have a URL though.

Things to remember
Purpose of this spreadsheet was to simulate hunter stats and predict damage with different equipment sets and/or talent sets.
This spreadsheet is only accurate for level 60 hunters because me do not know how the formulas scale. It will still allow you to predict what items would give you more dps but dps numbers predicted along with all stats, AC, Crit%, Dodge%, etc will be for a level 60 hunter.
Do not have every item or every enchant possible listed. You can still add missing equipment and/or enchantments into the new yellow rows on the Equipment and Enchants tab. You can also reply here in this thread, and me will add missing items, enchants and/or buffs into spreadsheet for next revision.
This spreadsheet is password protected but that password is left blank. It is HIGHLY recommended that you store a backup copy elsewhere in the unlikely event of an accidental delete/alter/change, you will not lose everything. For example: After you start inputting you items, etc, save a copy, then save it again with "- backup" at end of name. This way you know it is a backup copy and it still has your items.
The Damage tab tries to predict damage you would do, using the equipment and talents you entered for each set. Do not know the true damage formulas, so best guesses were used.
This spread sheet can also apply set bonuses. So if you had 3 pieces of BeastStalker and 5 pieces of GiantStalker and are using complete Dal'Rends set, it would add those bonuses into your stats and adjust your dps accordingly.
How do we use this?
First, on the Racial Stats tab, find you race and enter it's ID # into the yellow cell on the left.
Second, on the Skills and Talents tab, input you skills for each equipment set column.
Third, on the Equipment tab, find the equipment you want for each equipment set, enter it's ID # into the appropriate yellow cell.
Forth, on the Enchants tab, find the enchantments you want for each equipment set, enter it's ID # into the appropriate yellow cell.
With this information, the spreadsheet should display your current stats and character panel dps. You can add additional buffs to see their impact on your stats and damage output.
You can repeat these steps for other equipment sets, Dream Set, PvP, Dodge. You can also rename these equipment set tabs on the Stats tab in yellow cells at the top and the blue cells equipment set names found on Damage, Skills and Talents, Equipment and Enchants tabs will change to your new customized names! Although tab names along the bottom will not change because me do not know how to make tab names follow cell names.
Using this spreadsheet, it is possible to compare up to 9 different profiles, up to 9 different talent builds, with different buffs or in any combination.
How do we get this spreadsheet?
Me ask one small thing. While this spreadsheet is password protected but that password was left blank, and it is possible for anyone to change things, PLEASE do not take credit for this spreadsheet's creation. As detailed on the History tab, me worked for months on this and very proud of my accomplishment. It would sadden me to find a copy of it claiming to be by someone else, floating around.
Inside the zip are two files, a MS Excel file and an OpenDocument (StarOffice, OpenOffice.org) file. Me create these using OpenOffice, then export for Excel.
IMPORTANT If you use the Excel file and see letters/numbers in white cells, DO NOT delete them. Those values are used for something, somewhere and changing/altering/deleting them will damage the calculations. For some reason unknown to me, Excel is not hiding calculations marked to be hidden but OpenOffice does hide them correctly.
