I hate starting a post by addressing a blue, but there seems to be one major ambiguity going around...
The description on the WoW mainpage says this forum is for:

Many have taken the mention of strategies to mean that this is the place for guilds to share their raiding strategies. Personally, I thought that was what the Raids and Dungeons forum was for, but I could be wrong.
Could you please clarify: Is this forum intended to be a medium for discussiing raid strategies?

Although it's doubtful that I'd remove a thread created in this forum which discussed raiding strategies, it is better suited for the Raid and Dungeon Forum. The Strategies intended for this forum revolve more around guild creation, management, execution of policy, communication, systems, etc...

Eyonix - You should add that to your sticky welcome message. It's already getting difficult to find the good threads and threads that people need help due to the amount of "trying to make a sticky list to get me in to program" and "trying to post old compiled guides to get me in to the program" threads.
You just need to be patient, friend. Let the novelty of the Guild Relation program and new forum settle in. I do believe that in this forum, we can all build a stronger bond, and have fun in the process.
There will always be something I should've/could've added to a sticky post or message.
