I know that there was the levelng contest and that everyone that did that pretty much gets into the beta test but I was wondering if there would be at some point a public signup that would allow others to possiablly get into the beta testing?

At this point we don't have any plans for beta sign-ups. For those that may have missed out on Blizzcon or the contest, there may be more possibilities of getting one by watching some of the fan sites or our front page. There are no guarantees however.

From what I'm aware of, people that felt they were missing from the list were given an email to send to in order to be added. Those that have been added should be on the winners list.

Doesn't everyone? :) I'm sure that when we get to beta we'll be able to address more of the, "I didn't get my beta invite" concerns. At that point people will either have their email invites or will be frantically scrambling to find a way to update and access their email they forgot they gave us.
